Bachelor's thesis analyses selected indicators using time series of the company M Computers s.r.o. Analysis of indicators is divided into two parts. The first part focuses on the theory about selected indicators and description of time series. The second part analyses indicators and their expected development in years 2013 and 2014. The work contains proposals for improving the financial situation of the company.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of POEX Velké meziříčí a.s company’s basic situation and financial statements. The first part explains financial indicators and statistical methods. The second part is based on the theoretical knowledge, where the calculations of selected economic indicators are performed and the trend of development of these indicators is determined using the application of time series and regression analysis. Lastly, the thesis summarises the financial situation of the POEX company and make suggestions to improve the company’s future behaviour.

This bachelor's thesis analyses the situation in a selected company by using economic indicators and statistical methods. The thesis is divided into three main parts, the theoretical part, the analytical part and the suggestions part. The theoretical part describes the essential theoretical backgrounds of time series and selected economic indicators. The analytical part is focused on application of these theoretical knowledge and on performing calculations in given time periods. In the suggestions part, some proposals are mentioned, which could help the company to improve current situation in its future. Further the program is introduced, which is the outcome of this thesis as well.

The thesis is focused on determining the value of the ABC, s.r.o. company by using income-based methods at 1.3.2015. The first part is dedicated to theoretical basis. The second part deals with the analysis of the current state of the company, which includes strategic and financial analysis, formulating of financial plan and established valuation of the company. At the close of this thesis are summarized the results and there are suggested recommendations for future decisions of management, too.

Bachelor’s thesis deals with the assessment of chosen indicators of company MAREGS, spol. s.r.o. by using time series, application of regression analysis, forecasting and evaluation of these indicators. Bachelor’s thesis conatins the teoretical description of time series, regression analysis and selected economic indicators. In the practial part, are created time series of calculated indexes in the given period of company. From these time series also comes regression analysis of forecasts of the future developments. From evaluations economic indicators and from making forecast of future state of company, will be clear actuall situation and probable future progression. Main thing of these analysis are recommendation, how to corectly react, to achieve an improvement in financial situation. Another part of the work is about to create a program in Visual Basic and MS Excel, which can be used as a tool for making everytime actual forecasts of future development.

The bachelor thesis represents the financial analysis of the particular economic indicators of the OBI Centrum, spol. s r. o. company and also the analysis of the indicator’s development according to the statistical methods. The results proceed from the following financial statements – the Balance sheet and the Profit and loss statement from the period 2008-2014. They provide the basis for the own processed solutions and MS Excel programme. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the economical and statistical terms. The practical part consists of the calculations with the appropriate interpretations and graphical demonstrations. According to them, the own suggestions, which should improve the financial situation of the company are stated.

The aim of bachelor thesis is analysis of the conomic indicators in internet agency Cognito.CZ s.r.o. in Brno. Result of financial analysis is a set of values for each year. For each year are applied statistical methods. Financial analysis revers the strengths and weaknesses of the business and statistical methods determine the prediction of individual economic indicators for the following year. Bachelor thesis contains proposals to improve the problems and situation.

This diploma thesis disserts mainly on the software application development created through language Visual Basic for Application, which serves to creation of macros and automation of work in Microsoft Excel. The Application is made specially for company PENTACO, spol. s.r.o. The software allows to calculate complete financial analysis of company for last 8 years. Statistical methods are used for prediction of future indicators. The financial analysis will reveal the weaknesses and strengths of the company and on their basis will be suggested solutions for fixing of problems and company situation.
